What I Work With
My specialties are the areas I focus on most, but they aren't the only concerns I work with. If you don't see your specific experience listed, we may still be a great fit. Fill out my New Client Inquiry form, and we can explore whether working together feels like the right next step.
Anxiety Therapy
Your mind never seems to slow down—even when everything looks "fine" from the outside.
In our work together, we'll explore the patterns driving your anxiety, identify the areas of your life most impacted by your busy mind, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more secure in your relationships.
Relationship Therapy
Do you often feel like your efforts aren't reciprocated in your relationships? Do you struggle to set boundaries or ask for what you need?
Conflict, uncertainty, or unhealthy relationship patterns can leave you feeling drained, second-guessing yourself, or people-pleasing just to keep the peace. Together, we'll help you better understand your needs, communicate with confidence, and build healthier relationships—without losing yourself in the process.
Trauma Therapy
Trauma isn't just about what happened to you—it's about how those experiences continue to shape your body, emotions, relationships, and daily life. You may feel stuck in survival mode, disconnected from yourself or others, emotionally overwhelmed, or constantly on alert without fully understanding why.
Trauma therapy can help you make sense of these patterns, process what you've been carrying, and reconnect with a greater sense of safety and ease. Healing isn't about erasing the past—it's about helping your mind and body realize that you no longer have to survive the way you once did.
Family Dynamics & Cultural Identity Therapy
Family, culture, and society shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. You may be navigating family expectations, acculturation, first-generation or bicultural experiences, identity development, or patterns passed down across generations.
While my lived experience is rooted in a Latino background, I understand that culture influences everyone in different ways. Together, we'll explore these patterns to help you build healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a deeper connection with your authentic self.
**To ensure you receive appropriate care, I continuously monitor safety and may provide referrals or recommend additional support as needed, including higher levels of care, specialist services, or in-person treatment.

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in holistic wellness. I look at the whole picture—your thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical experiences, and life story—while moving at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and build practical tools that support lasting change beyond the therapy room.

I'm not a blank-slate therapist. I'm a human first—grounded, curious, and committed to doing my own ongoing work. I believe therapy works best when there's a genuine relationship built on trust, honesty, and mutual respect.
I'll meet you with compassion, challenge you when it feels helpful, and check in regularly about the pace and direction of our work. I offer practical tools you can use outside of session—not just insight that stays in the room.
Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on helping you feel more connected to yourself, your values, and the life you want to create.
I tend to work best with clients who are open to self-reflection, curious about their patterns, and ready to explore deeper change.

I take an integrative, personalized approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, ACT, DBT, somatic approaches, and IFS-informed therapy (EMDR coming Fall 2026).
Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process. My goal is to create a safe space for healing while modeling what a trusting, supportive relationship can feel like.

Before your first appointment, you'll complete a comprehensive client history form so I can get to know you and make the most of our time together.
Your 50-minute intake session begins with a review of confidentiality and time for any questions you have about the paperwork or therapy process. From there, I'll ask questions to better understand your story, expand on the information you shared in your intake forms, and learn what brings you to therapy.
You will be asked to identify at least three goals for therapy, discuss which concerns feel most urgent, and prioritize what we'll focus on first while also identifying longer-term areas of growth.
Before we wrap up, we'll discuss a recommended session frequency based on your needs and, whenever possible, get you on a recurring schedule.

Yes! I offer therapy in English and Spanish and support clients navigating cultural identity, acculturation stress, and generational patterns, especially those balancing multiple cultural expectations or roles.
As a woman and feminist-informed therapist, I focus on empowerment and helping clients understand how culture, identity, family systems, and societal messages shape their experience.
